Public Health Relevance

Obesity is linked with worse prostate cancer outcomes. We have identified a protein kinase that is essential for accelerated tumor growth in obese mice. We will test whether this kinase is responsible for integrating obese host factors that leads to aggressive prostate cancer biology.
