During the last 5 years, as we learned how to integrate experimentation with the single mathematical model (HDC) we originally focused on, we gradually expanded into other types of models. We have developed a suite of mathematical and computational models that consider different spatial and temporal scales of tumor progression, so that their application is dictated by a specific biological question. The resolution and scope of each model is largely driven by the specific aspect of tumor progression we are considering in the Projects.
