Abstract

SPECIFIC AIMS The hypothesis will be tested by the following specific aims: 1. To determine if treating mild to moderate depression with sertraline in patients with diabetes improves HbA1c. 2. To determine if treating mild to moderate depression with sertraline in patients with diabetes improves quality of life.
