Mr. David Arthur Oare has been recommended for a Postdoctoral Research Fellowship in Chemistry Award. Mr. Oare's doctoral degree will be from the University of California at Berkeley under the supervision of Professor Clayton H. Heathcock. He intends to continue his research at Harvard University under the sponsorship of Professor David A. Evans. Mr. Oare's area of Postdoctoral Research will be synthesis of 6-Deoxyerthronolide B via Asymmetric Hydroboration with Novel C2 Symmetric Hydroborating Agents.
