Dmitry I. Piskunov, Director, Analytical Center for Problems of Socio-Economy and Science-Technology Development, National Academy of Sciences, USSR, and Sergey Karamurza, Deputy Director, Institute of History of Science and Technology, ASUSSR, will travel from New York to Washington, DC to give a Seminar at Georgetown University on May 8, 1991 with the cooperation of Dr. Harley Balzer. This project fulfills the program objective of advancing scientific knowledge by enabling leading researchers in the United States and U.S.S.R. to combine complementary talents and pool research experiences in areas of strong mutual interest and competence.
