The properties of hot, rotating nuclei will be modeled using the finite temperature Hartree-Fock-Bogoliubov formalism. Mean values and fluctuations of nuclear shapes and pair gaps will be computed. Electromagnetic strength functions and rotational damping widths will be determined.
