This Special Minority Award provides a third year of support for Michael Moscoso, a graduate student at the University of Texas at Austin. The award will allow Mr. Moscoso to proceed in an orderly and expeditious way to the Ph.D. This award is an integral part of the strategy of the National Science Foundation to strengthen and increase minority participation in the field of physics.
