SPECIFIC AIMS : Primary: To determine the efficacy of quetiapine (Seroquel) and doia (probable Alzheimer's disease [AD] or probable dementia with Lewy bodies [DLB]) complgitation in patients with primary dementia (probable Alzheimer's disease [AD] or probable dementia with Lewy bodies [DLB]) complicated by coexistent parkinsonism. Secondary: To determine the safety and tolerability, particularly the influence on parkinsonism, of quetiapine and donepezil, used alone or in combination, when used to treat psychosis and/or agitation in patients with primary dementia (AD or DLB) complicated by coexistent parkinsonism.
