The analytical services it will provide include a comprehensive set of methods for the analysis of monosaccharides using CE, polysaccharides cleaved from proteins using MS, and glycosylation of tryptic peptides using LC/MS methods. The services offered will also include standard proteomic analyses such as 2D gel electrophoresis, peptide fingerprinting for protein identification, and the analysis of post-translational protein modifications other than glycosylat
