Abstract

The Administrative Core will support the infrastructure of the Center asdescribed in 'Organizational and Administrative Structure of the Center'in the Introduction to the Center. It will enable the smooth functioning ofthe Center by assisting the Center Director with the daily management ofthe Center, organizing the meetings of the Steering committee, CenterInvestigators, and Internal and Extemal Advisory Boards. The Core willaid in the dissemination of scientific information to Center investigatorsand provide logistical support for collaborations with other Centers andattendance to the annual Udall Center meeting. The Core will play anessential role in facilitating regular interactions between the Center andpatient support and advocacy groups.
