9700827 Coleman The NSF/Engineering Education Coalition, SUCCEED, proposes to host a conference for the various participants in the listed Engineering Education Programs. The conference is planned for the Spring of 1997 in Washington, DC. The conference will be preceded by a planning session involving representatives of the various programs. The conference will employ formal TQ tools to produce a "best practice" to share ideas and products among the conference participants and participants and program leadership. ***
