The institution listed is for the Center, which is not necessarily the institution for the investigator. 1.To determine if mother-daughter walking teams will score higher on the Family Assessment Measure (FAM) III compared to control teams. 2.To determine if mother-daughter walking teams will score higher on the Profile of Mood States (POMS) than control mother-daughter teams 3.To determine if mother-daughter walking teams will increase their cardiovascular fitness compared to control mother-daughter teams. 4.To determine if mother-daughter walking teams will change their body composition compared to control mother-daughter teams.
