The institution listed isfor the Center, which is not necessarily the institution for the investigator.The purpose of this research study is to determine if supplemental choline consumption has an effect on a pregnant woman by: 1) increasing the level of choline in the woman's blood; 2) increasing the level of choline in the woman's breast milk; 3) enhancing memory performance in her baby; 4) inproving her cognitive performance during pregnancy and lactation.
