Cytogenetic and Molecular Genetic Approaches to Human Prostate Cancer

Abstract

The project will evaluate primary prostate tumors for molecular or cytogenetic changes. Primary cell cultures will be established from each tumor obtained from radical prostatectomy specimens, and the characterization of chromosomes from the resulting cell cultures.
