Bile Acid Therapy for Zellweger Syndrome

Abstract

To evaluate the effectiveness of bile acid therapy by; determining whether THCA and/or DHCA levels will decrease after administration of chenodeoxycholic acid or ursodeoxycholic acid. To evaluate any favorable clinical effects of treatment with bile acids.
