Vascular Responsiveness with the Use of the Hand-Vein Technique

Abstract

The purpose of this protocol is to investigate the vascular responsiveness of human veins in vivo to vasoactive drugs, to modulators of drug action (eg. enzyme inhibitors) or to non-pharmacological factors that may affect vascular physiology (aging, disease, racial differences).
