Abstract

Multicenter study to evaluate and compare treatment regimens with respect to the proportion of subjects whose plasma HIV-1 RNA is below 500 copies/ml 16 weeks after starting treatment. The goal of the intensive pharmacology substudy is to determine the steady state septemic exposure of the individual agents in each of the 6 treatment arms.
