The purpose of this study is to test the hypothesis that current methods of determining dosing of pancreatic enzymes based on patient history result in intake of excessive pancreatic enzymes in subjects with CF; that fecal fat collection and diet recording performed in the outpatient setting are inaccurate when compared to that performed in the CRC; and that steatocrits are useful measures of fat absorption in subjects with CF.
