Abstract

This subproject is one of many research subprojects utilizing the resources provided by a Center grant funded by NIH/NCRR. In this small trial we will determine whether administration of LA to hypercholesterolemic volunteers for 8 weeks decreases oxidant stress and improves endothelial function as measured by flow-mediated brachial artery dilation
