Abstract

Specific aims : to measure insulin sensitivity using minimal model FSIVGTT with insulin. To assess any abnormal vascular function by the brachial artery flow mediated vasodilation using ultrasound at baseline and 5 minutes after arterial occlusion by inflated B/P cuff.
