The purpose of this study is to determine whether exercise intervention improves biological and quality of life outcomes for long-term renal transplant recipients. Researchers will analyze the effect of exercise intervention on: exercise capacity, serum lipid levels, insulin sensitivity, body composition, blood pressure, renal function and heart rate variability.
