The institution listed isfor the Center, which is not necessarily the institution for the investigator.Fast food is a premier dietary pattern in the U.S., yet no clinical trial has been conducted to evaluate the effects of eating at fast food restaurants on body weight and related health parameters. This study will be a randomized controlled crossover design to compare the effects of eating fast food on body weight, body composition, and chronic disease risk factors in young overweight and obese adults.
