The institution listed isfor the Center, which is not necessarily the institution for the investigator.Focal Segmental Glomerulosclerosis is a kidney disease that presents with proteinuria and accounts for 15% of pediatric and 5% of adult cases of end stage renal disease in North America. Evidence based treatment guidelines have not been well developed. This trial compares 2 treatment regimens - one using cyclosporine and steroids and the other using Mycophenolate Mofetil and oral pulse steroids in patients between 2-35 years with biopsy proven focal segmental glomerulosclerosis
