Determine the acute effects (within one hour) of cannabis on driving abilities following repeated administration in individuals with neuropathic pain associated with HIV infection and spasticity associated with multiple sclerosis. Determine the residual effects of repeated cannabis dosing on driving abilities following an 18 hour period of abstinence.
