Examine the effect or oral micronized progesterone (OMP; Prometrium) on seizure frequency in women with catamenial epilepsy who experience perimenstrual seizure exacerbations. Examine the relationship among serum progesterone levels, cognition, seizure frequency and mood in women treated with OMP.
