SPECIFIC AIMS Primary Objective: To assess the safety and tolerability, and effect on cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) biomarkers related to oxidative damage, of two antioxidant treatment regimens in patients with mild to moderate Alzheimer's disease.Secondary Objective(s): To assess whether concentrations of beta-amyloid-42 and beta-amyloid-40 in plasma and CSF change after administration of antioxidants in patients with mild to moderate AD.
