The institution listed isfor the Center, which is not necessarily the institution for the investigator.This study aims to determine whether intrathecal baclofen is an effective agent to decrease post-operative pain. The hypothesis is that baclofen will reduce pain scores and morphine consumption in patients following total knee arthroplasty without increasing side effects. Baclofen will also reduce the incidence of pain three months following surgery.
