The purpose of this study is to better understand male reproduction and how follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) is controlled in the human male. We examine male reproduction by changing hormone levels in healthy normal men and comparing those changes to changes in men who have a disease affecting fertility (GnRH deficiency). The information learned form this study may help develop both new treatments for male infertility as well as provide insight for creating new forms of contraception.
