A specific purpose of this study is to develop a treatment for infertility for men with severe cases of hypogonadism. FSH therapy followed by pulsatile GnRH therapy is compared to pulsatile GnRH therapy alone. Measuring hormone levels, testicular development, and fertility are the ways we measure successful outcomes in this study.
