Unrelated Matched Bone Marrow Transplantation for Children

Abstract

Kinetics of engraftment will be determined and the development of HLA restricted T-cell mediated cytotoxicity to Epstein Barr Virus (EBV) will be evaluated. The response of engrafted lymphocytes to specific lymphokines and thymic hormones will also be assessed.
