Use of Unrelated Donors for Bone Marrow Transplantation

Abstract

To determine the feasibility and toxicity of matched unrelated Donor (MUD) Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) using conditioning with high dose cytosine arabinoside, cyclophosphamide and fractionated total body irradiation and post-BMT GVH prohylaxis of methotrexate and cyclosporin.
