The purpose of the study is to identify which genes are associated with Multiple Sclerosis and how they may predict response to therapy over time. While MS is not a genetic disease caused by mutations in a single gene, there is a strong inherited or genetic component to the disease. There is mounting evidence that several genes or combinations of genes are involved in making an individual more susceptible to developing MS. The identity of these genes is currently unknown
