This study is designed to evaluate the interaction of clinical and physiologic factors in the risk of intracranial hemorrhage among preterm infants. Interventions include downloading of hemodynamic parameters, near infrared spectroscopy, amplitude integrated electroencephalography, and very frequent serial cranial ultrasounds.
