The aims of this proposed clinical protocol in chronic dialysis patients are to assess: 1. the presence and extent of aortic, coronary, and valvular calcification by Electron Beam Computed Tomography. 2. Abdominal aorta and iliac arteries calcification by plain abdomen and pelvic x-ray. 3. Left ventricular mass and systo-diastolic function by echocardiography. 4. Arterial stiffness of large compliance arteries by measuring Pulse Wave Velocity. 5. Bone mineral density of spine, hip and forearm as it relates to vascular calcifications. 6. Association of serological markers of disease with atherosclerosis prevalence and progression.
