The goals of the Administrative Core are to provide administrative, fiscal and scientific leadership of theProgram Project. The administrative duties will include preparation of progress reports and manuscripts,maintaining proper Human Subject and Vertebrate Animal assurances, personnel issues, and organizingmeetings. Fiscal management will include working with the FHCRC Grants and Contract Administrationoffice to disburse funds to the Project and Core Pis, and to the subcontracts, to track budgets and to prepareannual budgets for continuation and renewal grant applications. Scientific management will involve regularmeetings of the PI with the executive committee. Monthly meetings of all scientific staff to review progressand present data, and a yearly advisory board meeting that includes our external and internal advisors andall scientific staff.
