This subproject is one of many research subprojects utilizing the resources provided by a Center grant funded by NIH/NCRR. The subproject and investigator (PI) may have received primary funding from another NIH source, and thus could be represented in other CRISP entries. The institution listed is for the Center, which is not necessarily the institution for the investigator. The primary aims of the Core D facility are to provide infrastructure and support for structural analysis and metabolomics of cancer cells and tissue, and for producing proteins in high yield suitable for NMR analysis. This includes stable isotope labeling strategies including 15N and 13C precursors. Our goals continue to be to streamline both data collection and analysis.
