The goal of the Immunocytopathology Core is primarily one of providing access to surgical pathology specimens as well as providing molecular support. Specific services include: 1. Procurement and Delivery 2. Immunophenotyping 3. In situ hybridization 4. Histochemical special strains 5. In situ PCR The Director of the Core will additionally work with individual CFAR investigators to provide possible strategies for improving our ability to answer a number of important questions relating to HIV.
