Abstract

This subproject is one of many research subprojects utilizing the resources provided by a Center grant funded by NIH/NCRR. Unsuccessful using electrontomography of 1Um sections to visualize the conoid, a specialization of the cytoskeleton of Toxoplasma, Dr. Attias would like to try doing it on negative stained samples of detergent extracted cells.
