This subproject is one of many research subprojects utilizing the resources provided by a Center grant funded by NIH/NCRR. The subproject and investigator (PI) may have received primary funding from another NIH source, and thus could be represented in other CRISP entries. The institution listed is for the Center, which is not necessarily the institution for the investigator. DATA SHARING 1) Apply UNC segmentation tools on CIVM high res, actively stained data, in order to judge effectiveness on this new type of input. If the warping step produces meaningful output, the UNC segmentation algorithm be applied to these scans. 2) Apply UNC shape analysis tools to data Alex Badea has analyzed and compare results (Reeler mouse study). 3) Preliminary data for testing segmentation pipeline: Four 3D image sets and two segmentation sets. a) Skull stripped brain image sets from two actively stained animals. Each brain with 2 MR contrasts, nominally 'T1' and 'T2' b) Two hand segmentations, one for each animal
