Abstract

This subproject is one of many research subprojects utilizing the resources provided by a Center grant funded by NIH/NCRR. The aim of this project was to compare the oligosaccharide structures secreted from normal airway cells and from airway cultures treated with a general inhibitor of O-linked synthesis, benzy-N-acetyl-alpha-D-GalNac (BAG).
