Public Health Relevance

Persistent infection with high risk HPV is a necessary cause of cervical cancer. Our goal is the development of a next generation, non-inferior HPV preventive vaccine that is economically feasible for production for use in the underdeveloped world where the impact of cervical cancer on women's health is greatest.
