This statement of work (SOW) is in support of the Four-Dimensional Weather (4DWX) System, a weather-modeling and data-processing system that ATEC runs for operational support of DOD testing. This document describes the research and development (R&D), technology transfer, and operations and maintenance (O&M) that the U.S. Army Test and Evaluation Command (ATEC or "government") requires from the National Center for Atmospheric Research (NCAR) in fiscal year (FY) 2019.
