This award provides travel support for approximately twenty US scientists and students to attend the Fourth International Conference on Southern Hemisphere Meteorology and Oceanography which will be held 29 March to 2 April 1993, in Hobart, Tasmania, Australia. It also provides partial travel support for several scientists from Latin America. Support is provided by the Divisions of Atmospheric and Ocean Sciences and International Programs at NSF as well as by NOAA and NASA.
