9209181 Anthes This agreement between the Foundation and the University Corporation for Atmospheric Research (UCAR) defines the manner in which the National Center for Atmospheric Research (NCAR) shall continue to support research in atmospheric sciences and related sciences. The primary purpose of this agreement with UCAR is the support of NCAR as defined in Scientific Program Order #1.
