This is an award of travel funds for U.S. scientists to attend the 15th Texas Symposium on Relativistic Astrophysics, to be held in Brighton, England, on December 16-21, 1990. The meeting is being held jointly with the 4th ESO-CERN Symposium on Astrophysics, Cosmology, and Fundamental Physics. The Texas Symposia take place every other year, and every third meeting is held in a foreign country, to enhance its functiomn as an international summary of recent developments in Astrophysics and relativity,
