Abstract

The Young Investigator (NYI) intends to express and assemble biological superstructures using recombinant DNA technology, and evaluate the relevant intracellular kinetic and equilibrium parametersin order to maximize formation of these superstructures. This will require the tools of cellular and molecular biology, recombinant DNA technology, chemical kinetics, and mathematical modeling.
