Dr. Roger Harold Cayton has been recommended for a Postdoctoral Research Fellowship in Chemistry Award. Dr. Cayton's doctoral degree was from the Ohio State University under the supervision of Professor Bruce E. Bursten. He intends to continue his research at Indiana University under the sponsorship of Professor Malcolm H. Chisholm. Dr. Cayton's area of Postdoctoral Research will be the Investigation Into the Synthesis, Reactivity, and Electronic Properties of Novel Pentadienyl Transition Metal Oxo Complexes.
