This Engineering Foundation Conference will provide a practical communication conduit from risk analysis researchers to practitioners and decision-makers; facilitate transfer of information between water resources specialists with risk analysts; and identify research needs in risk-based decision making for hydrologic natural and man-made hazards for the next 3-5 years.
