Funds are provided for travel and administrative expenses for the Eleventh U.S. National Congress of Applied Mechanics. The U.S. National Congress have a tradition of being outstanding meetings that involve academia, industry and government researchers in all areas of applied mechanics. Preliminary information indicates that this tradition will be continued in the eleventh congress. The U.S. National Congress are held every four years at sites which vary in location.
