Abstract

Funds are provided for the purchase of eddy-current instrumentation that will be used to make measurements of fatigue damage. AC impedance measurements will be made in the kHZ and MHZ ranges and correlated with remaining fatigue life as obtained in interrupted S-N type experiments.
